Christ the Servant Lutheran Church is a progressive, sacramental community dedicated to living out the implications of Jesus’ love ethic. Our acronym, CTS, not only refers to our name, but also refers to our three primary tasks: to Care, Teach and Serve. We strive to be a place of generous caring, lively study and committed service to the world. We welcome you to get to know us!

SUNDAY MORNINGS at CTS

8:30 AM Morning Prayer
A service of Holy Communion is held on the first Sunday of each month and on festival days.

9:50 AM Christian Education
Children, youth and adults gather for lessons and discussions.

11:00 AM Holy Communion
We offer diversity in worship styles, including jazz, contemporary and traditional Festival Eucharist services.

Hospitality following the 11:00 AM Service
Join us for refreshments and conversation.

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper (2/21)
Join us for delicious pancakes from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at this important fundraiser for Youth Ministry.

Ash Wednesday Service (2/22)
Join us at 7:30 PM for a service of Holy Communion and Imposition of Ashes.

Special Meeting of the Congregation, 10:00 AM (2/26)
This meeting is to affirm our voting members to Synod Assembly and authorize expenditures for building repairs. There will be no Adult Forum.

Book Club (2/26)
Join us as we discuss Michelangelo and the Pope’s Ceiling by Ross King.

Sunday Adult Forum on Social Justice
We have a forum series addressing important issues of social justice. See the Learning & Growth page for details.

Conversational English
This class meets every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to noon in the parlor.

Bible Study
Pastor Hoehn leads a study group each Tuesday at Noon in the Parlor.

Recovery Fellowships
Five different AA or NA groups meet in our classrooms on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Check the Calendar for details.

Evening Prayer
We maintain the practice of evening prayer each weekday evening in our sanctuary:

Mondays: 7:30pm
Tue-Thu: 7:00pm
Fridays: 5:30pm

Rev. Linda Harrison leads us in using Anglican prayer beads on Wednesdays.
