"Tradition is the living faith of the dead; Traditionalism is the dead faith of the living."

Research has shown that youth who grew up in the faith report that they could identify at least three AAA Adult* mentors in their lives. At CTS, we have established a mentorship program for the youth in our Confirmation program. Youth identify adults in the congregation who they view as positive role models and we match them with one of their choices. After a getting to know you session, the mentorship pair grows their relationship by engaging in activities in the life of the congregation, service projects, worship, educational activities, and extracurricular activities. They also agree to pray for each other as their embark on a shared spiritual journey.
